Shula Azhar (meaning Flaming Flowers in Arabic) is a multiple award-winning professional Middle Eastern dance troupe in Port Angeles, Washington. They have been entertaining audiences in the Northwest for over 20 years. Shula Azhar performs annually at many local festivals such as the Sequim Lavendar Festival, Juan de Fuca Festival, the Seattle Folklife Festival, Moonfest and the Clallam County Fair.
Shula Azhar is well known for their dynamic choreographies and ornate costumes in an array of different Middle Eastern dance styles including Egyptian Cabaret, Saidi, American Cabaret, Lebanese, Turkish Rom & Cabaret, Persian, Bollywood, Khaleeji and fusion style.
